If you are planning to stay at the venue - Carrington Hotel, Katoomba (and this is always the best idea), you must ring the hotel directly. and tell them you are attending the Seahorse Ball.
If members are looking for someone to share a bedroom and half the cost, then contact the Events Organiser and she may be able to find another member with whom to share.
