The 2023 Annual Seahorse Ball

This is the 2023 running sheet, as things are arranged and are cofirmed the program will be updated
6:00pm: Meet in the foyer for informal drinks and dinner. (Not included in your ticket price.)
Mingle with others until late.
Saturday Events 26th August
Events are yet to be confirmed but we are hoping for:
10:00am - 2:00pm: Breastform Store will be on display.
Come along and look, touch see those products that you have always wanted on display, talk with Tanya and get her advice. Feel free to place orders for those special somethings that you have always wanted.
2:00pm - 2:45pm: Supportive Partners Social In the Board Room
A 45 minute social event for the partners to mingle in the Board Room opposite Charlie's Bar and to have the opportunity to talk to each other. Ophelia will be on hand to facilitate the experience. Tea and coffee with scones, jam and cream of course, will be provided. It is the opportunity for partners to freely discuss their feelings.
2:00pm - 3:00pm Gina's Bra Workshop
A visit to Gina's store aBrasKadaBras located at 112 Katoomba Street, Katoomba, the store will be closed to the public and Gina and her staff will be there to answer all your questions and provide bra fittings, so that you can wear the proper size for your shape.
3:00pm - 4:00pm: Make-up with Ophelia from Crossdress with Class and Friends in the Library.
Ophelia and friends will spend the next hour taking 10 lucky winners through how to put on their face for the ball. Register your wish to enter the lottery for one of the places, you must hold tickets for the ball and be willing to arrive at the library with a clean canvas and your own lipstick, everything else will be provided by Ophelia.
4:00pm - 5:00pm: Breastform Store will be on display.
Tanya will be back to give you that last opportunity to see her products, make your last minute decisions and purchases.
6:00pm: Meet in foyer for Registration
Ballroom doors open and guests to be seated by 7.00PM.
7:00pm:Welcome from our President .
7:05pm:The Meal Service will begin with provided background mood music.
7:45pm: The Cake is displayed, followed by a History of Seahorse and the significance of the weekend explained.
8:15pm: 1st Dance music set, time to get up and dance dinner away.
9:30pm: Dessert to be served
9:50pm: 2nd Dance music set.
10:20pm: A break from dancing time to catch up with friends.
10:30pm: 3rd Dance music set.
11:00pm: Belle of the Ball is Judged and announced and Raffle to be drawn.
11:15pm: 4th and final Dance music set.
11:30pm Music stops
12:00 Midnight -->The Ball officially closes, we vacate the Ballroom and we will move to Champagne Charlies'
