Ball Ticket Sales


Please follow these three easy steps:

  1. Book your ticket(s)

  2. Pay for your ticket(s)

  3. Let us know how you paid.


 

First Step: Book Your Ticket(s)



Either use the manual form and post in your request

Send your order using our on-line order form:

After doing that, return to this page.

If you do not want to use the online booking form proceed to step 2 and complete the manual form.

 


 

Second Step: Pay For Your Ticket(s)

1. Pay and Order Electronically

Tickets are only $150 per person.

Please ensure that you put your membership number or other identifying information in the details section when making the payment. Please print a copy of your bank transfer receipt as proof of purchase.

2. Pay and Order Manually

You can send payment (cheque or money order - not cash) with a printed form to the address below.

Tickets are only $150 per person.

  • First, print out the Ball Tickets Order Form as a PDF document (opens in a new window/tab):


  • Next, send the Order Form with cheque or money order to:

    3. Pay At A Social Meeting

    Members can purchase tickets by cash or cheque at Social Meetings.

    PLEASE NOTE! We no longer allow payment on the night of the Ball.
    You must pay prior to the Ball.

  • Currency Converter

    If you are coming to the Ball from overseas, use this currency converter to work out the price of your tickets in your local currency.

    As the most overseas visitors to the Seahorse Ball are from New Zealand, we have defaulted this to New Zealand dollars, but you can select another currency if you wish.

    Please the amount in Australia dollars, i.e. $150 or multiples of that, to work out the cost in your local currency.




    PLEASE NOTE: Our Event Ticket Cancellation Policy:

    If you cancel more than one month prior to an event, you will receive a full refund, minus $20 handling charge.

    If you cancel within a month of an event, there will be no refund.

    If the event is cancelled due to Covid 19 a full refund, minus a $10 handling charge.
