Saturday Morning Shopping Trip
The Saturday morning shopping trip is being organised by Beverley from Victoria.
We need bums on seats!
The approximate cost of the tour: 12-14 people $55.00pp including lunch, 15 plus people $50.00pp including lunch.

The outlets should involve a wig outlet, cosmetics,handbags, and clothes.Beverley has one request, and that is to let her know once the booking has been made, as we can keep track of how may are going and how big or small the bus should be.

Professional makeup artists
There will be makeup artists available on the afternoon of the Ball. A conference room will be set aside for this purpose. Details to be announced soon.
Friday Restaurant Night at the Mercure
We will be having our usual Friday Night Dinner at the Mercure Hotel at 7pm on the night before the Ball. This gives the guests who have traveled from all over the state and interstate to get to meet each other. In past years up 30-40 guests have attended these dinners so you will have plenty of company. This event is well worth attending.
You are welcome to attend this if you are not staying at the hotel, and even if you are unable to make it to the Ball on Sauturday.
No booking required... just turn up after 7pm or later.
Booking a room at the Mercure
If you are planning to stay at the hotel (and this is always the best idea), accommodation for the Seahorse Ball is as follows (subject to change):
- Single bed and breakfast room (1 person): $179 per night
- Double bed and breakfast room (2 people): $189 per night
