The first time that you go out and buy women's clothes can be harrowing. It is reassuring to know than there are CD-friendly shops where staff are welcoming and helpful.

Comments:
"I first visited Image by Design for a fashion assessment and makeover mid 2006. A few of the Seahorse girls had mentioned Vivienne Cable, the owner. It was a wonderful experience. Makeover, selection of outfits and then Vivienne's direction, 'Jan, go shopping!' I have seen Vivienne quite a few times since, she is very supportive and will actively help you dress like a woman with all that entails. She carries the main fashion ranges and from my point of view the outfits are good value for money. The clothes I buy get very regular wear, they fit and look good." - Jan.

Colin McKay - Optician

Contact: Colin or Penny
Comments:
"Part of Vivienne Cable's contacts, for the optical accessories so necessary to complete the feminine image. Best to go dressed to get the full picture! Penny does the most comprehensive eye examination ever and Colin handles the frames and optical stuff. A really comfortable and professional experience!" - Jan.

Comments:
"Your members can view some of the outfits from our latest collection. It is just a small representation of the range that we produce, to give you an indication of our styling. Our prices range from $50.00 to about $180.00, depending on the fabrication and styling. I am happy to offer a 10% discount to your members.

As mentioned previously Swish designs and manufactures and would be interested in any feedback from your members. I would be most happy to attend one of your social meetings if that would help your members to be more comfortable about dealing with me and attending the shop at 561 Military Road, Spit Junction (Mosman) either individually or as a group experience after hours.

We look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
Anita Carmody" (An email to Seahorse)

Comments:
"Just wanted to tell everyone about the Events factory shop in Botany Road Waterloo in Sydney and how helpful the staff were recently. I think we should support them by spending a few dollars there now and again. I am going to write to their manager explaining that we are a customer group worthy of their interest and thanking them for their service level. Perhaps some of you have been there before and thus may have helped in the attitude their staff had towards me that day. I bought myself a nice evening dress and skirt and blouse which would have cost in total over $200.00 at retail level but only cost $90.00 at their shop and items were perfect as far as I was concerned. Only problem was that the changing room is a communal one for real girls only but they will exchange items if you find unsuitable after you try them on at home." Quote from TrannyRadio.

Comments:
"The Table Eight Clearance Outlet at Homebush is huge and has many bargains. If you require a skirt, a new dress, tops, lingerie, handbags, shoes, jewellery and more they have it at amazing prices. Ask for the store manager, Angela, who is comfortable with CD girls and she will serve you in a friendly and supportive manner. They open from 10 am and close at 6pm. I have been a few times now and the last time I arranged with Angela to come in early and try on the clothes before the shop opened up to the public. So you Sydney girls, great shopping, great fashion, great clothes and great bargains." Quote from TrannyRadio.
